Referral Program Terms
Last updated: September 15, 2026Invite a friend to CatchIt!. When they become a paying subscriber, you earn one free month as account credit. These terms explain exactly how that works. They supplement the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
1. Eligibility
To refer, you need a CatchIt! account in good standing. The person you invite must be a new customer — no prior CatchIt! account, trial, or subscription — and at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction. Each person can be referred once, by one referrer.
2. The reward
One (1) month of your current plan price, issued as account credit applied automatically to your future invoices. Credits stack: each qualifying friend adds another month. The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund, and cannot be applied to past invoices. Credits do not expire while your account exists; closing your account forfeits any unused credit.
Credit is applied at invoice time, so your paid period is extended by whole months at the end of the current one. If you have cancelled or your access has lapsed, the credit stays on your account and applies when you next subscribe.
3. What counts as a qualifying referral
Your invitee's first successful paid invoice. Trial periods, $0 or fully discounted invoices, and failed payments do not qualify. If that first payment is later charged back or disputed, the credit may be reversed — only to the extent it has not yet been used.
4. Exclusions
- Referring yourself, including through a second account.
- Referring an existing account, or another account in your household that already uses CatchIt!.
- Codes obtained through bulk or paid promotion, coupon or deal aggregators, or deceptive means.
- More than 24 credits in any rolling 12-month period.
Efficiobridge LLC may withhold or reverse credits for suspected abuse at its sole discretion.
5. Sharing your link publicly
If you post your referral link or code somewhere public, say that you get a free month. The default share text already does. This is a material connection under U.S. endorsement guidelines, and the disclosure has to be in the post itself, not behind a click. Describe your own experience — don't make claims about the product you haven't seen for yourself.
6. What your invitee sees, and what you see
Entering a referral code links the invitee's account to yours so you can earn the reward. You will see their first name, a masked email address, and their referral status — never their full email or any payment details. Invitees are told this when they enter a code. CatchIt! never sends invitation emails on your behalf; you share your link through your own channels.
7. Program changes
The program may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time. Credits already issued are honoured. The reward is earned, not chance-based — there are no random bonuses or drawings.
8. Taxes and governing law
Account credit is a price reduction on your own subscription, not income. These terms are governed by the same law and dispute terms as the Terms & Conditions (Efficiobridge LLC, California).
